Join us for our annual summer reading program, open to readers of all ages! This year’s theme is “Oceans of Possibilities”. We have planned tons of great children’s, tweens and teens, and adult programs this summer, so be sure to stop by the library to sign up on Tuesday, May 31st!
If you missed our kick off day, sign up online here.
Participants who sign up during the first week will receive a library coloring tote bag and a summer reading button, while supplies last, so don’t delay!
This year, we are once again offering online registration and reading logs through the ReaderZone app. To sign up for ReaderZone, download the app on your phone or tablet device, enter your information and use the code 74940. After that, select the reading program for you or your child and start reading after May 31st. Only books checked out from the Chanute Public Library or our inter-library loan or books on Hoopla count towards the program.
Registration for June events is now open! Sign up here. Registration for July events starts June 27th. Follow our calendar and Facebook page for more updates and news about the summer reading program and the library!
