Calling all puzzle masters and solvers! The Chanute Public Library is hosting the first of its kind – a puzzle tournament, to be held on Saturday, January 27th at 1 pm.
To participate, teams or individuals are encouraged to sign up at the library. All ages are welcomed to sign up, but adults are encouraged to sign up with a team of kids.
On the day of the event, teams will be arranged around their own 500-piece puzzle. The fastest team who puts together their puzzle will be announced as Chanute’s Puzzle Master! All teams will be able to take home their own puzzles at the end of the day.
“We are excited to try this new program,” Jeana Lawrence, library director, said. “We have a large puzzle solving community in Chanute and look forward to seeing who can solve the puzzle the fastest.”
Sign up has already started and ends January 22nd. The puzzle tournament starts Saturday, January 27th at 1 pm at the Chanute Public Library.
