We are looking for a full-time circulation and reference librarian who will help maintain our circulation and inter-library loan systems, assist with our History Room, and works well with patrons and others. 'Tis the Season: Tax Season!
As a reminder, the library does not carry copies of tax forms, nor do we (or a volunteer through us) prepare taxes for the public. We also cannot counsel patrons on proper forms to file or how to fill out tax forms.
What we CAN do is help you print, scan, or fax forms. We carry a number of books on tax preparation, and, of course, access to the Internet via our Wi-Fi networks or public computers is always free!

The Friends of the Chanute Library is offering a $500 grant to one or more educators employed by USD 413 and/or ANW Co-Op working full-time in USD 413 for special classroom projects focused on reading and writing.
